Angel co-founded Two Gals & A Broom Inc in 1996 with her business partner Lynnette Malone. After many years in business, Two Gals & A Broom found themselves capped at an annual revenue of around $500,000.00, high employee turnover, and no profits.Joining CBF in 2020 was a game changer for their business. They quickly implemented the CBF model and moved through the ranks to CBF Elite. They currently have a consistent run rate of over $1.7 million in annual revenue. Angel is now a CBF Coach, she specializes in Marketing and Branding. She can also help you learn how to navigate working with a partnership in your business. She is working with others to fix their broken businesses by guiding them through the implementation of the CBF model into their own company, so they too, can have the time freedom and profits they have always desired.

Libby is a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children: 22, 12 and 2 years old. Libby comes from a family business, so being an entrepreneur has always come naturally. Libby is the owner of Organize It, soon to be a million dollar cleaning and professional organizing company. She started her professional organizing company in 2014 and saw the need for a dependable residential cleaning service. In 2017 she started Sweeps by Organize It, the cleaning division of her company. After giving birth to her daughter in 2018 Libby quickly realized that she needed help and found Debbie Sardone. Although she has only been in CBF for a short time, Libby has moved her way up to quickly becoming a CBF Pro and is now a CBF coach.

Beth Eldredge, the founder of Eldredge Cleaning located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, has come a long way since starting the business as a sophomore in college in 2004. Today, she runs the business with her husband and has grown it to over $1.5 million in annual revenue. The success of her business can be attributed to her commitment to the principles of Cleaning Business Fundamentals (CBF), which she adopted in 2021. Through CBF, Beth has built an incredible team that values empowerment, growth, and community. Her business has gone from failing to thriving, making her a successful leader in the community. Beth’s journey is a testament to how implementing the CBF formula can transform a business and help one achieve a life beyond their wildest dreams.

Eric is the CEO of Rise and Shine Cleaning Service located in Portland, Oregon, which he co-founded with his lovely wife, Debbie. He is a father to six wonderful kids ranging in age from 24 to 16. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from Portland State University. Prior to launching Rise and Shine in 2014 his background was in leading sales teams. After four years of trial and error in the cleaning industry Eric and Debbie found Cleaning Business Fundamentals and implemented the program immediately. Now with the foundation of the CBF principles in place, Rise and Shine has grown to over $1 million in revenue and is run by a team of remote admins. Eric is excited to share with you how CBF transformed Rise and Shine from chaos to a profitable, smooth running, remote operation that can be managed from anywhere in the world!
