Debbie Sardone turned a job cleaning houses into a multi-million dollar cleaning empire. After building one of the largest maid services in the country, she began speaking professionally and training other residential cleaning businesses how to grow and live their dreams. Through her consulting company, Debbie Sardone Consulting, LLC, and her signature program, Cleaning Business Fundamentals, Debbie provides a comprehensive formula for cleaning business owners to achieve that unique, desired balance of freedom, scale, and profitability. Her community attracts members from around the world. Debbie is also the co-owner of Speed Cleaning which manufactures and distributes its own line of non-toxic cleaning products and high quality cleaning tools and the founder of the nonprofit, Cleaning for a Reason, which has risen to national prominence. Since 2006, Debbie’s Dallas-based cleaning company, Buckets & Bows Maid Service, and a network of 1200 cleaning company partners have provided free house cleanings to over 41,000 men, women, and children battling cancer and donated more than $14M in services. He is a mentor to the CBF Tier 2 and CBF Pro teams.

Jeannie Henderson is the CEO of Jeannie Cleaning located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Her entrepreneurial record includes owning and operating over 30 restaurant locations with her husband, Terry, before they purchased a cleaning business in 2015. Jeannie became a Cleaning Business Fundamentals member a year later. She has applied the CBF formula to every aspect of her business. Now with the CBF Model in place, Jeannie’s business is run by her amazing team and has grown to over $1M in annual revenue. CBF helped her build a positive workplace culture and a thriving values-driven business. Jeannie can’t wait to share with you how Cleaning Business Fundamentals took Jeannie Cleaning from being a broken mess to becoming a successful, growing business she absolutely loves.

In 2021, Jeannie was appointed as chair of the ISSA Residential Cleaning Council, which represents the residential cleaning industry through the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI), a Division of ISSA.

Libby is a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children: 22, 12 and 2 years old. Libby comes from a family business, so being an entrepreneur has always come naturally. Libby is the owner of Organize It, soon to be a million dollar cleaning and professional organizing company. She started her professional organizing company in 2014 and saw the need for a dependable residential cleaning service. In 2017 she started Sweeps by Organize It, the cleaning division of her company. After giving birth to her daughter in 2018 Libby quickly realized that she needed help and found Debbie Sardone. Although she has only been in CBF for a short time, Libby has moved her way up to quickly becoming a CBF Pro and is now a CBF coach.

Beth Eldredge, the founder of Eldredge Cleaning located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, has come a long way since starting the business as a sophomore in college in 2004. Today, she runs the business with her husband and has grown it to over $1.5 million in annual revenue. The success of her business can be attributed to her commitment to the principles of Cleaning Business Fundamentals (CBF), which she adopted in 2021. Through CBF, Beth has built an incredible team that values empowerment, growth, and community. Her business has gone from failing to thriving, making her a successful leader in the community. Beth’s journey is a testament to how implementing the CBF formula can transform a business and help one achieve a life beyond their wildest dreams.

Eric is the CEO of Rise and Shine Cleaning Service located in Portland, Oregon, which he co-founded with his lovely wife, Debbie. He is a father to six wonderful kids ranging in age from 24 to 16. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from Portland State University. Prior to launching Rise and Shine in 2014 his background was in leading sales teams. After four years of trial and error in the cleaning industry Eric and Debbie found Cleaning Business Fundamentals and implemented the program immediately. Now with the foundation of the CBF principles in place, Rise and Shine has grown to over $1 million in revenue and is run by a team of remote admins. Eric is excited to share with you how CBF transformed Rise and Shine from chaos to a profitable, smooth running, remote operation that can be managed from anywhere in the world!
